Thai Massage With Deana
This session is a flowing fusion of traditional Thai massage, assisted stretching, and manual bodywork. Performed on a comfortable floor mat, the work incorporates rhythmic compression, guided stretches, and joint mobilization to help open the body, enhance mobility, and release deeply held tension.
You’ll remain fully clothed in relaxed, comfortable clothing as your body is gently moved and supported throughout the session. The result is a spacious, grounded feeling, both invigorating and calming, supporting your body’s natural alignment and ease.

Stretch
Relax in comfortable clothes on a heated or unheated table. Your therapist will incorporate compression massage, trigger point therapy, and active and passive assisted stretch techniques. Used for both overall wellness or for specific treatment need.
